Shipping policy

1. Made-to-Order Production Time

Every Blythly garment is knit-to-order using planet-friendly materials. Please allow approximately two weeks for your piece to be created before it ships. We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped. We use UPS.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • U.S. domestic: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.  If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please reach out to us at support@blythly.com. We’ll do our best to make it work.

3. Sustainable Packaging

We ship compostable materials whenever possible. Our goal is to minimize waste while ensuring your order arrives safely and beautifully.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.  You can use this link to follow your order’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the package reaches your country. Unfortunately, Blythly cannot control or predict these charges.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We’re not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they’ve been handed to the carrier, but we’ll always help however we can. If your tracking hasn’t been updated within 10 business days, please email us at support@blythly.com and we’ll assist you in locating your package. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We can’t guarantee changes once your order has entered production or been shipped.
