Refund policy

At Blythly, we want you to spread good energy and smiles to those you encounter by living loud with colorblocked apparel and being kind to people and the planet. Apparel is a necessity for humans, but we don’t have to accept that clothing is toxic and polluting.  To help out:

1. Before placing an order, we ask that you carefully consider the size by measuring yourself or your favorite similar garment in your closet and comparing the measurements to our size guide. The knitting process will begin shortly after you place your order, and every garment is made just for you. On-demand production ensures less consumption of raw materials. This helps us reduce waste and produce only what’s truly wanted, a choice that’s better for you and for the planet.

2. After receiving your order, please know you get 30 days to decide if it is right for you. Scan the QR code on the tag to start the return process if something isn’t quite what you expected. Please know returns will only be refunded if you return the garment unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with the tag still attached within 30 days of your order date. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criterion. After your garment has passed inspection, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund or store credit to your account. 3. If at some point you no longer want your garment and it is worn and outside of the return window we ask you to attempt to reduce apparel headed to landfills by: finding a friend who would want it, donate it to a decent apparel resale shop, or return it to Blythly for store credit, where it will be resold or recycled with our textile recycling partner. Even damaged apparel can be returned to us, so it can be upcycled back into fibers that support a circular economy. 

4. Cancellations Because production begins soon after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours from the time of purchase. After that, we’re unable to stop or refund production. If you need to cancel within this window, email us as soon as possible at support@blythly.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
