Why will my order take two to three weeks to arrive?
Every Blythly garment is knit-to-order using natural fibers and 3D knitting machines. This creates far less textile waste than regular apparel retail. Please allow around 6 business days for your garment to be crafted before it ships. Shipping is 3-5 business days after that.
What is the return policy?
After receiving your order, please know you get 30 days to decide if it is right for you. Email support@blythly.com to start a return. Or scan the QR code on the tag to start the return process if something isn’t quite what you expected. Please know returns will only be refunded if you return the garment unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with the tag still attached within 30 days of your order date. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this standard. After your garment has passed inspection, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund or store credit to your account.
What is circular design?
Circular design considers the entire lifecycle of a system, product, or service. This system-based approach ensures waste is minimal and materials used can be returned to the supply chain to remake the product or service. Products are made to last longer or designed to be reassembled and repaired. Blythly uses biodegradable materials for all parts of the supply chain to ensure fibers can be remade into new garments or biodegrade into the Earth to limit pollution.
Where are your products manufactured and why do you use 3D knitting?
Our garments are proudly made in Brooklyn, New York. In a factory located in Industry City with a long history of manufacturing knitwear for the United States.
We manufacture our garments exclusively with 3D knitting machines for many reasons.
• The whole garment will be knit at one time ensuring 99% of fiber will be used in production.
• The garment will be made without seams - making it stronger, more reliable, and lighter.
• Less labor is involved in production which also reduces inconsistent sizing from human made mistakes
• Garments can be made quickly, as ordered, further reducing fiber waste - there is no guessing how much inventory to produce or what will sell.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $200.00. For orders less than that, expect a $10.00 flat rate charge. We ship with UPS. Garments are knit after your order is placed. Plan for one week of production time and 3-5 business days for shipping in the U.S.
What is home-compostable packaging?
Our packing and shipping supplies are home compostable. Meaning you can cut away the shipping label and the rest of the material can be cut up into your compost pile or placed in an industrial compost receptacle, where it will become dirt again. Blythly was founded with a zero plastic packaging initiative .
